Portland & Seattle

This was the longest day of my life, probably longer than my wedding day! While we were in Portland for the Christmas break Steve's dad got tickets to the Seahawks game and I have wanted to go to Seattle so many times since it isnt but a couple of hours from Portland so we got into Seattle late Friday night and we were leaving Saturday after the Seattle Seahawks game so I made Steve get up early Saturday morning to take me to the Space Needle it was so cold up there but it was way cool because you could see all of downtown Seattle plus more after we went to the Space Needle I made Steve take me to Pike's Market because that is another thing you have to see if you go to Seattle and that was a lot of fun. Then that afternoon we went to the Seattle Seahawks playoff game and parking was going for $50 it was crazy i have never seen parking that much in my life! Steve's dad got us hooked up in a Jone's soda suite that had all you can eat buffet food it was super nice... all the food you can eat and we didn't have to sit in the freezing cold rain what more can you ask for! After the game was over we drove back to Portland to catch the 2nd quarter of the Portland Trailblazer game. We all were so exhausted it was the longest day ever but soo much fun! Every mans dream... NFL and NBA game all in one day!

Hey your blog is so cute! We miss you guys! Ok yeah you should convince Steve to come out to Vegas for the summer, I actually wasn't gonna go out and just stay in St. George, but I decided to go, anyways it would be way fun to have you out there and there is also lots of good shopping! I've been to a couple of really nice outdoor malls! It would be really fun, and Cody said that our apts are really nice, so that will be good! Well, keep in touch!
